The prices are quoted per person and night or, in the case of packages, per person and stay including all taxes and duties. The local tax is not included in the price and will be charged separately: It amounts to € 2.50 per person per night. Children up to the age of 15 are exempt from the local tax. The Alpenblick inclusive services are included for the entire duration of the booking.

For single occupancy of a double room we charge 50% of the room rate for the 2nd person.

For a short stay (up to 3 nights) we charge a surcharge of 10 %.

For an overnight stay with breakfast only there is a discount of € 10,- per person and day from the half-board price.

For stays without meals there is a discount of € 20,- per person and day from the half-board price.

Reservations are only valid in writing. For a fixed reservation we ask for a deposit of € 250,- per room. Please transfer the amount to our account within 2 weeks.

You can either pay in cash or by EC card or credit card (Mastercard, Visa). We recommend that you check your card limit for foreign payments before you arrive. Many credit cards have an automatic card limit.

Arrival: Your room will be ready for you from 3.00 pm. Should you arrive after 6.00 pm, we kindly ask you to inform us by telephone on +43 5282 3627. Please note that our reception is no longer staffed after 8:30 pm.
Departure: The rooms should be free from 10.30 am on the day of departure.

Your four-legged friends are welcome by prior arrangement. Depending on size and breed, we charge € 15,- to € 35,- per day and dog (without food). If you would like to bring your four-legged friend with you for dinner, this is possible in our Schlossstube. We kindly ask you to inform us in advance.

One parking space is available per booked room - either in front of or in our underground garage and parking deck. Please note that it is not possible to reserve specific parking spaces.

Rooms: Please note that not all rooms have a wooden floor. We are happy to equip your room with allergy bedding by prior arrangement. Culinary: If you have a known food intolerance (coeliac disease, lactose intolerance, etc.), we will be happy to take your needs into account - please let us know when booking (additional charge may apply).

Breakfast: between 07:30 and 10:00 a.m. 
Afternoon snack (winter only): between 15:00 and 17:00 p.m.
Evening meal: Between 18:30 and 20:30 p.m.

You are welcome to invite friends for breakfast or dinner. 
Alpenblick breakfast: € 25,-
Alpenblick dinner: € 45,- (excluding gala menus, Christmas and New Year's Eve menus)

If there are several reservations for the same room, we kindly ask for your understanding that we will give preference to the earlier request/booking.

If you are unable to keep a booked appointment for treatments/massages, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise we will have to charge you 100% of the treatment price.
