Our kitchen at the Hotel Alpenblick naturally leaves nothing to be desired. Well, that's not quite true. Especially when we try out new things and reinterpret familiar dishes. Simple and good dishes. Everything tastes the way it should. With our dishes, you know what's on your plate.

  • Large breakfast buffet with fresh products from the region
  • 3 to 4 choice menus in the evening
  • In winter a small afternoon snack (1 warm dish and something sweet)

    Breakfast buffet

    In addition to coffee and organic teas, the breakfast buffet offers delicious baguettes and organic bread, jams, honey, wonderful cheese and sausage specialities, muesli of all kinds and much more. Oh yes, there's sparkling wine too, of course - as well as the smiles of our staff.

    Afternoon snack

    Afternoon snack in winter - the last few turns on the piste have sapped the last of your energy? Very good. Then you've now earned a little snack. In the afternoon, our afternoon snack awaits you in winter between 3.00 and 5.00 pm - 1 x sweet and 1 x sour: from goulash soup to apple strudel.

    In the evening, our kitchen team will spoil you with a 3-4 course dinner. You choose your favourite from three main courses. Mediterranean and local starters, a salad buffet and, of course, sweet and savoury desserts offer real variety. By the way: Fancy a fondue?

Artificial flavours. Trendy dishes and ‘fancy’ products. Instead, we love natural ingredients. And simple dishes with few selected ingredients - but the right ones.

Real depth

Purely regional.
Not possible.

Purely organic and regional. Yes, of course - as far as possible. Most of our products come from Tyrolean farms in the Zillertal. But to be honest - it's not always possible to get all the ingredients regionally. It's (almost) impossible with so many different dishes.

A really good schnapps.

To be honest, we stopped counting after 42 types of schnapps. Because Erich's passion for schnapps got a bit out of hand. Good for you, of course. When you get to know the schnapps together with the host in the evening - also at a schnapps tasting. Let Erich tell you all about schnapps - especially how to drink them properly. P.S. In the Zillertal, there's a schnapps for every state of mind and body.
